Buffer Writing and the Buffer Button
The Buffer Writing is a specialized tool allowing you to manipulate multiple signals at once, provided to you by the i4scada App Template.
The i4scada App Template based applications allow you to control individual SCADA signals up to the finest level. But there is often the need to manipulate multiple signals at once, just like scaling up a recipe; every ingredient quantity must be increased at once. i4scada App Template provides a specialized tool for these scenariosspecialized, called Buffer Writing.
Buffer Writing means making changes to as many SCADA signals as needed without actually modifying the signal values, but storing those changes in a buffer, ready to be written all at once. This allows you to take time to fine tune your signal values and apply all the changes at once using the dedicated Buffer Button.
